What’s Changed
The Elite Tier has been discontinued, and a new lower cost Express Tier has been added
The Enzyme Therapy Membership has been significantly reduced in price
Membership discounts are no longer a flat amount — instead, they’re now structured into three clear tiers based on treatment level and benefits

Tier 3: Renew Enzyme Therapy Membership — $199.99
Valued at $300 and previously priced at $249.99 — now just $199.99

This is the highest-value membership for clients focused on long-term skin correction and barrier repair, now more affordable than ever.
🔁 How Memberships Roll Over & Stack
Memberships roll over if unused
Memberships may be applied toward service upgrades (though this won’t be as high of a value as the original service)
To make this easy:
Two Express memberships = one Refresh facial
Two Refresh memberships = one Renew Enzyme Therapy facial
This flexibility allows you to stay consistent while upgrading when your skin needs more support.
💳 Booking Deposits & Cancellation Policy Reminder
Over the past year, particularly throughout 2025, there has been a noticeable increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows. While I always aim to be understanding and flexible, these missed appointments directly impact the ability to serve other clients and maintain availability.
Because of this, I’ve made the decision to strengthen our booking policy moving forward.
What This Means Going Forward
Non-members will now be required to place a deposit at the time of booking to secure their appointment.
Members are exempt from deposit requirements as they are on subscription.
Deposits help ensure appointment times are respected and allow me to continue providing a high level of service without overbooking.
Cancellation Policy Reminder
As a reminder:
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the deposit, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Full details are outlined in the service agreement signed at booking.

If you rebook your next appointment in advance at the end of your visit, you’ll receive 10% off your next service — and you won’t need to worry about limited availability. Booking ahead is the best way to secure your preferred time and save.
